Door handle
Our door handle had broken and didn't know where to get a replacement. Found Anglian home improvements which were a great help. Quick and easy to fix. Shall use them again.

THINK TWICE Anglian home improvement are the worst company I have ever had to deal with ever Ordered a front door and was told by a very unpleasant salesman that I was expected to wait 11 months for installation . Wanted to cancel ordered , was informed that I would lose £500 deposit Salesman also informed myself that I would not be able to get a door ordered and installed from anyone before January!! Have placed order elsewhere and have door fitted within 8 weeks Sadly had to lose £500 deposit Please think twice they are shocking to deal with You can get better deals with more professional companies ! Wish I had read reviews before I place order

Very poor communications
Very poor communications. You get an email confirming the order and then nothing, no dispatch confirmation, no notification of how it’s being delivered or when it will be delivered or by who. Change this and it’s 5 stars as the product is good.

Replacement letter box
Ordered a letter box for a door you had fitted some years ago as the front had broken off and couldn't be fixed. It arrived about 10 days later and my husband who is totally useless (at DIY) fitted it in no time at all although the inside bit was put on upside down so he had to redo it. It only took him about 15 minutes, with a little help from me and he is very happy with his handywork and my fear is it will encourage him to do more DIY
