Delivery too slow!
I was staggered that the order took so long to be delivered. How hard is it to put two replacement handles in a Jiffy bag and post promptly. When I queried the progress of my order, which to me was urgent as the handle on my bathroom window had sheared off, I was told to allow 14 days. Small wonder that we have all learned to rely on Amazon with it's next day delivery. I would also add that when the replacement handles did arrive, the screws were too long. I had to salvage the screws from the broken handle.
