Very disappointing service!
Very disappointing service. I even contacted chat line TWICE and was on both occasions I was assured that product would arrive within 14 working days. This did NOT happen. There is no indication as to where it is now and in addition - a time scale of almost 3 weeks seems a long time to dispatch a door handle. I shall be contacting complaints for a refund.

My mistake.
I ordered the wrong part, and didn't realise until I tried to fit it. One quick phone call to a very helpful person and I was able to order the the correct one and arrange the return of the first. The refund arrived within a week, so I was very pleased.

Quick & simple to install
The handle on one of my 25+ year old Anglian double glazed windows broke, and I was unable to open the window. I had a quick look on Anglian's website and I was able to quickly find a suitable replacement. The price was very reasonable (and actually cheaper than most non-branded versions available from a certain well-known online retailer) and arrived within a week of ordering. It was a simple job to remove the broken handle and only required a screwdriver and a steady hand. Within a couple of minutes the new handle was fitted and I was once again able to open the window ... and not a moment too soon, what with the the current heatwave! ;-)
