Super Customer Support! I ordered 2 large Yankee Candles, when they arrived one of them was smashed, I emailed the customer support with pictures of the candle. Their response was super quick and helpful, refund automated straight away, you could not ask for a better more efficient response!
Bought 2 double duvet sets. Both duvet covers didn't close. Poppers didn't work. Material flimsy. Faded in first wash. Wouldn't buy from there again.
Well I have to say the oldish lady working in your men's department was so so helpful the other day I was looking for a shirt in different size and she rang around and got me one in Waterford which I recieved this morning. Think her name is Eileen. Her customer service was amazing so helpful gave advice and just an overall wonderful person. She def needs to be recognised for this because there is not many people like her.

Dealt with beibinn, with online sales, item I purchased hadn't arrived in my local shop, she followed up with courier company and organised a replacement, as it transpired item was delivered. I found her the most helpful, efficient and pleasent lady, exceptional service. I think every business interested in real customer service should have a beibinn. I could only give five stars as a rating, but she deserves more. Thank you shaws.
Shopped in Castlebar last week, looking for black clothes for funeral. (difficult to find Summer) A young lady, Isobel, helped me by searching the shop floor and the stores to find me an appropriate outfit. Isobel was so friendly and accommodating that I hope her efforts are recognised by Shaws. She really offered top notch customer service.

I purchased a pillow for my Mam b4 Christmas. These pillows are hard to get.I found one in Shaws online. Then I needed 2 more as gifts and contacted Shaws. Bought 5 rugs just after Christmas. They were left outside in the rain on delivery and when I opened, one was discoloured, stained and crumpled. I decided to return 3 rugs which was organised through customer service. All three picked up however the largest was undelivered by the company they hired who because I didn't initiate would not speak to me about lost item. 2 rugs were delivered and refunded but the largest one wasn't. I'm without a rug or money and currier company won't speak with me and shaws are not refunding. I gave them every screen shot with currior company and tracking number. Had to escalate with bank.
