Bought 5 rugs just after Christmas
Bought 5 rugs just after Christmas. They were left outside in the rain on delivery and when I opened, one was discoloured, stained and crumpled. I decided to return 3 rugs which was organised through customer service. All three picked up however the largest was undelivered by the company they hired who because I didn't initiate would not speak to me about lost item. 2 rugs were delivered and refunded but the largest one wasn't. I'm without a rug or money and currier company won't speak with me and shaws are not refunding. I gave them every screen shot with currior company and tracking number. Had to escalate with bank.
