Good experience
Ordered before Christmas and received very quickly. Found out before New Year that cardigan I had purchased had a faulty front seam. Shaws arranged courier collection (excellent communications) and was refunded about a week later. Very happy and would shop again.

Had to return and asked if I could do it at a local shaws. Got an answer asap was told no problem. Was told how to do it. Got there and even though very busy at 10.30 in the morning they sorted me out in no time. Thank you.
