Sellmyhome.co.uk provide an excellent service. The website is well organised and simple to use containing relevant information. There was always someone on the end of the telephone if you wanted to ask for guidance (as opposed to being put on-hold). The process was exceptionally easy and fast to set up. We received clear guidance on how to write our particulars; the professional photography made my house stand out from the crowd and the speed at which these two came together, and were uploaded onto Rightmove, Zoopla and other key sites was impressive. The viewings were easily coordinated. We were then ably supported by a dedicated Property Manager, in our case Robbie Hughes, and Charlie who stood in when Robbie was away. They chased tirelessly up and down the chain to ensure that we were all kept abreast of developments. Even our solicitor was impressed with their ability to get through to solicitors. Everyone we dealt with was courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and not afraid to provide advice. I would have no hesitation in employing these expert relationship managers who clearly know their business.

I thought the whole experience was fantastic. For the price, I cant recommend Sellmyhome enough. From day one they were extremely helpful, answering our questions promptly and with expertise (there were a lot) and we managed to sell our flat for the price we hoped in a quick and straight forward fashion.

This was my first attempt at using an online agency and, given the number of companies on the market, found it quite difficult to select the one I wanted to use. I ended up picking SMH as it's rate was competitive and the quality of its website and additional sales material (brochures/plans/pics etc) looked if good quality. I was not disappointed. Right from the beginning the staff were extremely friendly and helpful in explaining the process and getting me set up. Pictures and plans were produced quickly, efficiently and if really good quality. I was highly surprised at the volume of interest generated and how quickly an acceptable offer was received - approx 99% of asking in 2 months. In fact, I think amazed the local agent who I'd instructed only the week before to also market the property to speed up the sale! Appointments were also well managed and the online site was really easy for someone like myself who likes to manage his time. Overall, a fantastic experience with the market, sales and post- sales team at SMH and would definitely recommend it. In fact, I have already to a few friends.

I had previously been skeptical regarding online estate agents. After failing to sell via the high street estate agents i turned my attention to SellMyHome. As a skeptic I called them and spoke to a really genuine nice man by the name of Tom Crosswaithe who was reassuring and very reasonable. I took up the offer and signed up but as a skeptic i decided to pay after sale thinking that my house may not sell. Well well well.... I had over 15 viewings within the first four days. I had numerous offers. I had agreed the sale, and cancelled the remaining interest and potential bookings which were in the region of another 25 bookings. The negotiations were easy and Tom remained in touch the entire time with his expert advice. I spoke to most of the team throughout the time it took to complete the sale and I had developed a strong relationship with the team. I can only say that I have been very happy with the entire processes and services. I have recommended my family members to follow suit and I can say that their experience has been very much the same. No hesitation in recommending Sell My Home - everyone I dealt with was thorough, professional but personable and Robbie took so much sting out of the final leg of the sale process, it was worth every penny. I did my homework before deciding which online agent to run with - one didn't even bother to get back to me - and definitely made the right choice. A 'proper' photographer ensured the pictures optimised the property details - the first viewers offered an hour or so later without a second visit! Although that initial offer was declined, all the viewings thereafter were followed up so feedback was plentiful, something often missing with the 'high streets'. A close to asking price offer was accepted just before Christmas and Robbie helped keep things on track to meet a quick turnaround. After having all the local high street estate agents around, then Purple Bricks we still couldn't decide who to go with. Then we called SELLMYHOME and spoke to TOM - all our questions answered - all our worries and concerns dealt with - and best of all the fixed £595 fee to sell. Selling online was much more straightforward than I imagined and I saved a packet! The Team were very helpful taking me through the various aspects for selling my home online and were always on hand to answer any concerns - I had a few as I had lived in the same house for nearly 30 years! The hints and tips they provided were really helpful - so showing viewers myself was not at all daunting, in fact it was fun. I got to choose my viewing times to fit around my work - a big advantage over a regular estate agent that may not work Sundays or be able to fit in viewings when their diary gets double booked). So happy with the offer I got, now we have completed, I couldnt be happier.

The service we received was exceptional. Harry, Will and the team were marvellous to deal with; helpful, provided considered responses and advice to keep the process moving with a lengthy chain, always available (including interrupting Harry whilst on holiday in France as he was the key contact with our buyer), personable and incredibly reasonable in terms of price. Our initial fear was that SellMyHome would not have enough presence in the market as they are a relatively new company and are only online. However, we had a number of viewings and had three offers within days of our property being on the market, and so our concerns were allayed very quickly. We decided to go down the online estate agent route and were delighted we did so. Sell My Home were very helpful throughout and guided us through the process expertly. The viewing process was slightly more complicated than using high street agents but this was only marginal and we actually found it was useful to do the selling on a more personal basis anyway. The savings you make is a complete no brainer in our opinion. We had an offer accepted over the asking price within a week of being on the market!

We were really pleased with the service we received principally from Harry but also the rest of the team at SellMyHome. They were always straightforward, no BS, easy to reach and followed things up promptly. They don't oversell. Although we didn't meet them we found them to be very much a full service operation. We were also very happy with doing our own viewings and all the feedback we got from buyers was that they preferred it as well. Even a really good high street agent couldn't have presented our property as well as we could have done ourselves. I always feel that you can tell the quality of a business by how they deal with mistakes, and while we did have one annoying mistake during the process of selling our home, I was really pleased by the way that the team listened, investigated and worked things out with us. In the end we achieved over 99% of our asking price using SellMyHome. Our next door neighbours in our terrace had essentially the same house as us but with an extension so theirs should have been even more saleable than ours. They went with a high street agent around the same time as us, failed to find a buyer at all, and eventually had to let their house rather than sell. Considering the fees charged by SellMyHome are a fraction of that charged by most agents, and the results are superior, I don't see why everyone doesn't use them!

We sold our house through Sellmyhome and what was quite a difficult situation was made much more bearable because of the attention and effort made by Tom. Nothing was too much trouble and his professionalism and efficiency was remarkable during an extremely stressful time. We found the whole process very straight forward. The feedback on any query was quick and seemed never too much trouble. You have a simple choice pay a high commission to an estate agent to put it on Rightmove etc or pay Sellmyhome to put it on Righmove for a fixed low fee. It really is a no brainer. We introduced our buyers to Sellmyhome and they sold within two weeks. You can not really go wrong. We would highly recommend without hesitation.

When we put our house on the market we decided to go with Sell My Home as we seen some very good reviews about them on the internet. They didn't disappoint. Through them we attracted the right people to view our property and we had an offer soon enough and ended up making a sale. Even down to the sale management completion they were excellent in closing the deal. Staff were very friendly and dealt with you in a very professional and efficient manner. I was never put through to an answer machine, it was always a friendly and helpful member of staff ready to help- I would highly recommend their personal account manager option too. I cannot recommend Sell My Home highly enough. Online estate agency is the way forward but a lot of the bigger sites have already lost the customer relation side which is so important when it comes to buying/selling houses. Not so with Sell my Home. They had the best, most motivated, friendliest and professional sales team I have ever encountered even when compared to traditional high street agencies. They knew their stuff and helped at every step of the process from setting the price to taking the photos and setting up my property's online portal to communicating with the solicitors and other agents in the chain and were always contactable. Their website was excellent - easy to use and very informative. And their results were excellent. My property sold 3 weeks after going online with Sell My Home at the price I needed to sell it at and I saved myself well over 10,000 GBP in estate agency fees leaving me free to spend the money on kitting out my new house. My dedicated member of the Sell My Home sales team, Harry, was fantastic throughout and I will not hesitate to use Sell My Home next time I move house. Well done Sell My Home - Keep up the good work!
