The best Online Estate agents

I had previously been skeptical regarding online estate agents. After failing to sell via the high street estate agents i turned my attention to SellMyHome. As a skeptic I called them and spoke to a really genuine nice man by the name of Tom Crosswaithe who was reassuring and very reasonable. I took up the offer and signed up but as a skeptic i decided to pay after sale thinking that my house may not sell. Well well well.... I had over 15 viewings within the first four days. I had numerous offers. I had agreed the sale, and cancelled the remaining interest and potential bookings which were in the region of another 25 bookings. The negotiations were easy and Tom remained in touch the entire time with his expert advice. I spoke to most of the team throughout the time it took to complete the sale and I had developed a strong relationship with the team. I can only say that I have been very happy with the entire processes and services. I have recommended my family members to follow suit and I can say that their experience has been very much the same.
