Service far and away above a high street agent at a fraction of the price

We were really pleased with the service we received principally from Harry but also the rest of the team at SellMyHome. They were always straightforward, no BS, easy to reach and followed things up promptly. They don't oversell. Although we didn't meet them we found them to be very much a full service operation. We were also very happy with doing our own viewings and all the feedback we got from buyers was that they preferred it as well. Even a really good high street agent couldn't have presented our property as well as we could have done ourselves. I always feel that you can tell the quality of a business by how they deal with mistakes, and while we did have one annoying mistake during the process of selling our home, I was really pleased by the way that the team listened, investigated and worked things out with us. In the end we achieved over 99% of our asking price using SellMyHome. Our next door neighbours in our terrace had essentially the same house as us but with an extension so theirs should have been even more saleable than ours. They went with a high street agent around the same time as us, failed to find a buyer at all, and eventually had to let their house rather than sell. Considering the fees charged by SellMyHome are a fraction of that charged by most agents, and the results are superior, I don't see why everyone doesn't use them!
