Excellent Service!
No hesitation in recommending Sell My Home - everyone I dealt with was thorough, professional but personable and Robbie took so much sting out of the final leg of the sale process, it was worth every penny. I did my homework before deciding which online agent to run with - one didn't even bother to get back to me - and definitely made the right choice. A 'proper' photographer ensured the pictures optimised the property details - the first viewers offered an hour or so later without a second visit! Although that initial offer was declined, all the viewings thereafter were followed up so feedback was plentiful, something often missing with the 'high streets'. A close to asking price offer was accepted just before Christmas and Robbie helped keep things on track to meet a quick turnaround. So grateful for everyone's contribution along the way and I would definitely recommend Sell My Home to anyone considering selling. Saved myself bucket loads of commission! Thank you SMH!
