Very Smooth process

We decided to go down the online estate agent route and were delighted we did so. Sell My Home were very helpful throughout and guided us through the process expertly. The viewing process was slightly more complicated than using high street agents but this was only marginal and we actually found it was useful to do the selling on a more personal basis anyway. The savings you make is a complete no brainer in our opinion. We had an offer accepted over the asking price within a week of being on the market!
