irstly, the TV has yet to be installed, but all looks good. However, there were several issues with actually getting the order. Place the order on the 19th, states it will be dispatched on the 26th. Not an issue. Tried to call them to ask a technical question and confirm the delivery date as we have to book the bathroom fitters but no one answers the phone. Emailed on the 30th to ask where the TV is and they confirmed it will be sent "this week" (even though ti says dispatch will be the 26th. Finally arrived on the 3rd, but the wrong model. Did actually managed to get through to someone on the phone who confirmed that they will send someone to pick up the wrong model the next day, and as soon as it has been picked up they will send out a replacement. Pick up on the 4th and I also confirmed via email that it has been picked up. Received a tracking number. For the couple of days , DPD tracking stated that they do not have the parcel yet. Continually had to chase them to find out where the TV was, as I have the bathroom fitter waiting. On the 6th, they confirmed that if it had not arrived by the 10th, they would send out another TV to arrive the next day. Suddenly on the evening of the 9th DPD tracking number (the one for the original replacement they send out) said they had the parcel and and it arrived on the 10th. So obviously someone found it somewhere. All in all, a lot of chasing and faffing about. They were very apologetic, and I understand things go wrong but it wouldn't have been so bad if they had kept me informed and answered the phone. Fingers crossed it all works OK once installed!
Great bathroom TV, Picture and sound seem to be good quality and it is easy to use. The after sales service I received was brilliant, I had a very slight fault which I emailed about, I got a reply within an hour and the fault was sorted within a couple of days, I was very impressed.
Great company, we had some damage on the TV unfortunately but they were very quick to respond and went over and above to put it right, for me that makes a great company.
TV was promptly delivered in very well protected packaging. Installation instructions were very clear and concise. The TV has enhanced the bathroom and undoubtedly help create a relaxing haven. The picture quality is excellent with the added bonus of being a mirror when the screen is switched off. Unfortunately the water proof remote failed after a couple of months but was promptly replaced free of charge by the Sarason Sales Team causing minimal inconvenience. I would highly recommend and certainly consider purchasing another unit if ever we have to remodel any other bathrooms.
I ordered a new remote as old one stopped working on my 10 year old Sarason tv , However Royal Mail lost package , I contacted sarason tv who quickly sent me another one . Great customer service ! Would definitely recommend .
We went online to buy a new bathroom TV for our new house and came across SARASON. The price and company history looked good. The TV arrived the next day, which was amazing. We took it out of the box to test it and were wowed by the great picture and sound quality. Downloading and logging into Netflix was seamless. We're very happy with our purchase thank you guys.

The Tv from Sarason looks great in the bathroom and works really well. Mounted and fitted with ease. It’s always a talking feature for people visiting our house. Customer service has also been great and quick response
Purchased a 24" bathroom tv, picture and sound is perfect, no loss of wifi signal so did not need hard wired connection. First class service and customer support, so 10/10 from me.
Bought a tv for a bathroom I was doing for a customer. They were so happy to how slim it was once it was fitted, extra bit of luxury at such a good price. Delivery was fast and the customer service was excellent, I will definitely be recommending the same tv and company to the rest of my customers.
Bought tv last year, looks fantastic and great picture. When had slight issue with controller the team dealt with it immediately and everything working.
Love my bathroom tv. It stopped working after a couple of months. Customer service has been fab dealing with situation. Sent me out a new power pack and tv works again. Super efficient and friendly. Can highly recommend.
Unfortunately nothing to do with Sarason at all, but DPD left the goods outside our property, and unfortunately they were stolen, such a shame, but Sarason are very much aware of the issue, and unfortunately it is out of their control on this occasion. Really grateful for the support.
Hi i bought a sarason bathroom tv been installed about 10 moths never worked right from day one.i have tried loads of times to get in touch with them and had no joy its a nightmare wifi drops out all the time even though i have an amazing signal all over the house dont get me wrong wifi on tv used to work but wont connect now and i cant update it either its useless and cant contact anyone for help so not impressed at all.
Purchased the Bathroom TV over 6 years ago. Really good product at great price. Great support when we had a small issue with the remote control, but great help in sorting it out even after 6 years.
I absolutely love the value for money fantastic product, great service, from the SARASON team especially Jay. The WebOS apps on the platform are simply amazing! originally we encounter a few issues with Amazon they were unresponsive and lacked customer service and tech questions support, It's crucial to check if the seller is a UK company. If not, you might end up dealing with overseas bost and limited customer suppport.
Top service from Jay - prompt delivery and great interaction when I asked for advice. Would absolutely recommend.
