I had to chase after a number of days…
Edit: I have received a partial refund for the inconvenience and an apology from the company, cannot ask for more than that, now that is good customer service. I had to chase after a number of days had passed after placing my order with no delivery details. I then received a tracking number and delivery date. Unfortunately I wasnt going to be available and asked if could be left with a neighbour but this seemed a big issue for them so I rearranged my day to be available for the delivery. The delivery never happened, annoyed is an understatement.
