Great Service and fast payment - will be using again in the future :)

Simple and easy to do! I don’t tend to write reviews but genuinely impressed with Sala’s rapid process. Sent me the packaging which arrived within 2 days - contained bubble wrap, full boxing plus a parcel bag and instructions. They also send you a pre paid tracked 24 label (this only covers devices under the value of £150 so i chose to pay for my own special delivery at the post office, to ensure my device was protected). Parcel was received around 12pm, device inspected and verified by 1pm and payment received into my bank account by 7pm - all on the same day. Thoroughly pleased and would definitely recommend.

Solid process. From start to finish. Sala offered the highest amount, provided updates throughout. Paid when they said they would. Ive dealt with some odd companies before, when dealing with sale of past phones, and Sala are above and beyond the best company.

Did exactly as described. Pre paid tracked packaging arrived nxt day. I returned my device exactly as I described it, was received and agreed payment amount showed up cleared in my account a day later. Seemless. Quick, trackable. As described. Would highly recommend to trade in unused tech and ensure these find new homes rather than accumulative dust.

Honestly I was a bit sus about this company at first - it was the best offer for my new IPhone16 Pro Max 256gb phone I sold to them - best offer by a country mile (£810) - I sent the phone Friday via special delivery (tho they offered to send my a free pay package to sent it) phone arrived monday - I was waiting all day and then got a email around 3pm saying they needed to check my id and proof of purchase - I sent and within minutes it was verified! I then got an email saying payment was made to my bank account at 5.01pm. The payment landed in my account Tuesday morning - I did have a few issues with getting the payment but customer service was very helpful and quick to respond and sorted it out - very happy customer - will use again 100%

You never know whether you're going to receive a valuation and then when you send in the phone that they'll try to knock the price down by £50. With Sala the price they quoted was the price they paid and the speed and quality of the whole service experience was excellent. Thanks!
