Still No payment received despite emails stating you have been paid.
Having previously used other online 'phone recycling' sites. I trusted this process would be very seemless, simple and straight forward. Much to my disappointment had this been my first experience I would definitely NOT sell to one of these sites again! The communication has been poor. At 15:09 I Recived an email to say device has been approved and money sent for payment (5 hours after tracked parcel was recieved). I appreciate we can all get busy but 'Sala Phones' Do not deserve to be busy. At 17:00 I recieved an email to say; 'you have been paid'. Now 20:00 and still no payment I've now checked through your emails properly and am very unsatisfied and disappointed see the smaller print say most payments clear on the same day! 'normally within 2 hours of payment sent' however can take up to 2 working days. Not acceptable.
