I have always found it difficult to find a reasonable quote for any phone that I've sold. I came across Sala to sell my iPhone 14 and I must say just excellent. The quote was indeed what I was expecting, free pack and label delivered the next day and posted that day, received the next day and with the payment sent shortly. I am using them again!

Absolute scam of a company, found them through a comparison website for used phones but apparently this company dosnt seem to take any used phone from what I have been reading sadly I looked too late and had to pay £25 to get my phone back which in itself is an absolute joke dosnt cost that much to send stuff through the royal mail but it does for them apparently, my phone was used and when I got my email I did ask them if they would just give me an offer to save the joke of a send back fee but as most of the other reviews to this regard have stated they dont need my particular model now for a phone that it a year old is a joke. AVOID THIS SCAM COMPANY

Offered the best price I could find online for my phone trade-in. Received the packaging and pre-paid postage label the next day. Within 48hrs I was paid the full amount direct to my bank account. Email communication also received throughout process. It seemed almost too good to be true, but it was genuinely excellent service and I would 100% recommend!

T-30364 I am a 55yr old computer illiterate Nan! I can’t believe how easy this entire experience was! My phone broke the screen smashed and I couldn’t access it & my insurance replaced it - however I was due an upgrade and needed my phone for work so I upgraded and got a new phone before the insurance replacement arrived. I therefore now had a new ‘spare’ old model phone I didn’t need. I googled how to sell my new phone & Sala came up on the search and gave me a very good quote immediately online. I filled out a 2 minute online form & sent my phone free post to them with a reference number they gave me & the very next day I received a text to say they had received it, a text to say they had assessed it & a text to say they were transferring the agreed price to my bank account. The money was in my account within 24 hrs of them receiving my phone. This was an excellent professional service that I would definitely recommend & use again. Thank/you !! I was a bit worried it may be a scam but it was brilliant!!
