bonjour j'ai commandé des tickets sur ce site pensant que c'etait un site officiel et je les aient payés plus chers (c'est ma faute tanpis pour moi) mais par contre j'ai acheté des billets adultes car sur le site il ne propose que 2 categories + ou - 12ans. et je me retrouve avec des billets - de 30 ans alors que nous sommes de + de 30 ans. que va-t-il se passer sur place ? ces billets sont - ils officiels ? j'ai essayer de contacter le service client mais pas de reponses.
Ho acquistato due biglietti per la Sagrada familia al prezzo totale di 10 euro, non leggendo preventivamente le recensioni negative, il pagamento è andato a buon fine ma non ho ricevuto nessun biglietto. Non comprate i biglietti su questo sito!

Son estafadores. Nunca me enviaron los tickets de entrada. No contestan los mails y tampoco el chat de ayuda a clientes. Son revendedores. NO CAIGAS. Me robaron 150 Euros . Ojala les vaya mal en la vida or todo el abuso que ocasionan a tanta gente
I bought tickets on sagradafamilia-tickets.com for 76 euros for 2 people BUT the actual tickets came from sagradafamilia.org with 52€ for 2 people, in a separate email. They never explained me why it happened and only said that they charge a FEE for their services, which is not disclosed on the website the moment you actually buy tickets. TOTAL SCAM ALTERT, DO NOT TRUST
Il sito è fatto molto male e ti porta ad effettuare acquisti sbagliati. All'inizio ti fa scegliere solo tra ADULT e CHILD e non specifica che per ADULT ci sono varie opzioni anche perchè comunque li paghi 50 euro l'uno a prescindere dal fatto che selezioni under o over 30 anni! Quindi nella pagina successiva quando te lo chiede, oggettivamente non ci si fa caso. Io ho sbagliato e ho acquistato UNDER 30. Li ho pagati 50 euro l'uno a posto di 34 euro e non mi hanno fatto entrare. Inoltre non mi hanno fatto integrare i 2 euro (il biglietto over 30 anni costa 36 euro) e quindi ho buttato 100 euro perchè eravamo in due. Ora ho inviato un reclamo ma mi hanno detto che l'errore è stato mio. Il sito è fatto male e porta a sbagliare e a pagare oltre 14 euro di commissioni! Pessimo e sconsigliato

Because of different terrible reasons we were 20 minutes late for our visit. The customer service at the front told us to buy new tickets and email to get our ticket money back, it would be very easy. So that’s what we did. Unfortunately after a lot of e-mail conversations the customer service refused to give our money back. They were not kind at all and also as I Christian I’m ashamed as how it all went. Hopefully the employees from this beautiful church will be more respectful and honest to other visitors!!

Son revendedores de las entradas oficiales, no responden a los mensajes hasta unos días más tarde y te dejan tirado. Aplican alrededor de 14 euros más albprecio real de la entrada que se puede comprar en sagradafamilia.org que aparece más tarde en las búsquedas de google. Además de aparece como opción comprar las entradas de adultos pero menores de 30 y posteriormente si eres mayor no puedes entrar y de esta manera sacan mayor beneficio.
We booked online and paid a fortune, we choose a time slot that tirbed out to incorrect. We were not allowed in, so we lost our money and a potential amazing experience.
This is a scam. I paid €100 for 2 tickets which never arrived. No customer service response so we were left with no way to get the tickets and no refund. How this website is allowed to operate is a mystery...
...seamos claros y directos: este no es el sitio ofcial de compra de tíquets. Pagan para aparecer primeros en el Google (y esto hace caer en la trampa como usuario), pero no lo es. El sitio oficial es: sagradafamilia.org (y está, por defecto, en catalán). Este sitio (sagradafamilia-tickets.com) no gestiona entradas reales, y te dejan tirado a las puertas del templo, sin las entradas (que no tienen). Haciéndote, en mi caso, quedar muy mal con el compromiso de visita que tenía. Además, las venden casi un 50% más caras que en el sitio ofical... ¡una vergüenza! El servicio de atención al cliente (support(a)sagradafamilia-tickets.com) es nefasto, pero seguramente debido a la gran cantidad de quejas de los clientes... En mi caso, me vendieron entradas (que nunca llegaron) un día que ya estaba todo lleno (me lo confirmaron luego) y sigo tratando de obtener una respuesta al proceso de devolución. Espero que de algún modo esta crítica pueda servir a otros potenciales usuarios a evitar ser engañados/estafados.
Déjà le prix est très élevé par rapport aux mêmes services proposés par d'autres sites : 114 euros pour 4 contre 70€ sur le site officiel de la sagrada. Je me suis trompé sur le jour de la visite et ils me proposent de les racheter pour avoir un remboursement! Bref, à éviter! D'ailleurs, les avis parlent d'eux mêmes! Jamais aucune solution trouvée.
Una estafa, compré mis tickets y nunca los recibí. Y la única respuesta desde soporte de la web es que no tienen el correo registrado. Claro! por eso nunca me han llegado las entradas. Lo que si el movimiento de la cuenta bancaria si lo tengo. No recomiendo compren en esta web, no hay forma de comprobar la compra ya que no te piden crear un usuario en su plataforma, no queda evidencia si no te mandan el correo.
