Ho acquistato 2 biglietti per la visita della Sagrada Família in data 25/02/23 e non li ho mai ricevuti!Ho contattato il customer care e non ho avuto alcuna risposta! I soldi però sono stati scalati! Ho dovuto rinunciare alla visita con grande rammarico, chissà quando potrò tornare a Barcellona!

Anoche compré dos entradas con acceso a las torres. Inmediatamente recibí la confirmación de pago tanto por mi banco como por su correo de confirmación. Al ver después de 10h, que no me llegaba un email con los tickets comprados, les he escrito a su servicio y, para mi sorpresa, resulta que no quedaban tickets de la hora que yo había comprado. Deberían de habermelo comunicado antes de pasarme el cargo, no al consultarlo yo a las horas.
L'organisation sagradafamilia-tickets.org vend les billets presque au prix double sans aucune valeur ajoutée par rapport au vendeur original. La Sagrada Familia les vend au prix de 26€ avec l'audio guide, la revendeur (qui est une agence de voyage) les vend à 39€. Une fois acheté, aucune possibilté d'annuler. J'ai commandé ces billets il y a 2 h environ, je les attends toujours. Méfiez-vous. Ce site est bien indexé sur le web et sort premier sur la liste.
Ce site est une arnaque, billets 2x plus cher et on ne les reçoit jamais ! voleurs ... un pur scandale.
J'ai commandé deux billets pour la sagrada familia pour un tarif total de 90€ , mes deux billets ne m ont pas été restitué on m a parlé d un remboursement que je n' ai jamais reçu! Une belle arnaque!
Segnalo anche io quanto recensito da molti altri, ovvero acquisto andato a buon fine con soldi scalati e biglietti mai arrivati … mi chiedo come mai il sito sia ancora attivo nonostante tutte queste segnalazioni Aggiornamento: ritorno su questa recensione solo per precisare che in effetti ho poi ricevuto il rimborso. Rimane il disagio di questo malfunzionamento (a quanto pare molto frequente) e, ad ogni modo, è senza dubbio preferibile l’acquisto dal sito ufficiale della Sagrada Familia

I ordered 2 tickets hours ago and they are still not achieved. Moreover I discovered that several users have been scammed and they have never received the tickets. I am going to notify the site to the authorities
Worst misleading scam place. They appear as the official website for booking tickets and add a huge markup fee for no additional benefit. There's no way to cancel the ticket, and customer support didn't respond to my refund request.
I bought tickets on 24th April and haven't received my them yet. This site seems to be a scam.

ARNAQUE... Nous sommes à Barcelone.. la réservation est faite mais les billets ne sont jamais arrivés... visite prévue jeudi après midi... évidemment nous avons été débité des 100 euros prévus... je laisse mail et message mais aucun retour évidemment
