We originally went with Ruth as she had sold houses on our street, recently. So we knew she had good connections and the know how. From start to finish Ruth was excellent! Always available, always one step ahead, always there to give great advice and always there to answer any questions. The whole process was a breeze. The house sold in 3-4 weeks of the sign going up. The photographer that Ruth recommended was also brilliant and very good at what they do. Worth every penny. Ruth also has a host of recommendations of people to use throughout the process. Highly recommend using Ruth and her services for selling your home.

Ruth helped me and my partner purchase a home, she handled everything very quickly, we had were in to view the house quickly. She even booked in another viewing for us to see house again as soon as we were free. Ruth answered any questions we had, and we could contact at any time, sometimes messaging us back at 8pm. Ruth is by far the best Estate Agent we have had the pleasure of working with! When we bought our house, it was Ruth that sold it to us, she was knowledgable on the area, the house itself, and really took the time to get to know us without the pushy sales pitches or rushing to the sale. Exceptional communication and service. Review as a first time buyer on our first ever viewing, we called the agent at 17:55 on the Thursday before Easter Friday and our details were passed onto Ruth. We didn’t not expect a response until Easter was over but within the hour Ruth had made contact and had arranged a viewing on the Saturday for us. Ruth was very friendly and patient and explained things so we could understand. She would even be replying to us late in the evening which we was very surprised about. After the viewing we just had to make an offer, long story short our offer was accepted and Ruth was collecting information from us and arranging whatever needed to be as part of the next process throughout the Easter weekend. We could not believe the effort and work this lady was doing especially on such a big holiday of the year where most people are enjoying a well deserved long weekend off work. Her communication and helpfulness is outstanding not to mention her patience and politeness. I’d also like to add that she makes the communication very relaxed too. We have been told many times the process of looking to buy and making an offer is a stressful time but I feel Ruth made this a breeze in the park for us. I would like to thank you for all your efforts and helping us have a wonderful experience not to mention being part of us finding our dream home.
