I was debating between two estate agents until Ruth was recommended to me by a couple of people and I have to say I’m not disappointed. As a first time seller my house was sold STC within a week and Ruth has remained professional throughput and goes beyond what you’d expect when you require help resolving issues or in general talking you through each stage, nothing was too much trouble at any time she was always quick to respond.

We have currently started our process on buying a home and Ruth has been amazing so far. Kept us updated on information quickly, any issues she has, she has let us know and resolved it quickly. From the work Ruth has carried out so far we cannot recommend her enough and look forward to the process to complete our sale.

Ruth has been very helpful throughout this whole process, she is available whenever you need her, she’s been very informative, we’re first time buyers and it can be very scary as a first time buyer but Ruth has made it very easy for us.

Ruth is ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE! I cannot believe the level of service she has provided and the commitment that she made to me as the buyer as well as to the seller. She nurtures a fantastic relationship with both parties from the start and her communication is second to none. I unfortunately had an appalling solicitor who I genuinely think would have cost me the sale were it not for Ruth’s dedication throughout. She liaised with the sellers solicitor and myself to make up for my own solicitors downfalls and replied to texts at all hours, including bank holidays. She literally is never off duty: Even having a baby during the process of our purchase didn’t interfere with her commitment to monitoring the house sale/purchase! Moreover, when my solicitor failed to complete on time, she went above and beyond to ensure the best outcome for both parties and we now have the house of our dreams and genuinely believe that we would have lost it but for Ruth’s undivided attention and commitment to both buyer and seller throughout the purchase. I have read through so many of her reviews and am not surprised that literally everyone gives her 5 stars, with the score only being kept from perfect by a singular review which she has responded to with the grace and professionalism that she has demonstrated throughout our process, and I can confirm that her trustworthiness is second to none. She sets the bar for estate agents, and no-one else has ever come close in my experience.

Ruth is amazing at what she does! She’s so friendly and professional, she makes everything feel so easy.
