Following a bad experience with a well known estate agents. Ruth was a breath of fresh air. Ruth’s easily the best estate agent in the Pontefract area. Ruth advised us about what needed to be done to the house (and what didn't), before putting it on the market then, when we were ready, came very quickly to give us a valuation and get the house on the market. It was easy to contact her at any time, and viewings were easily arranged. We had an offer within 2 weeks and the solicitor she recommended completed the sale in record time. An excellent service, highly recommended

Ruth was excellent right from start to finish. She continued to communicate throughout the sake of my property and handled the viewers when the propert first went on sale. She assisted with the buyers through the purchased and liased with my solicitor. The whole experience was much less stressful than it could have been thanks to Ruth and her team.
