Ruth has been fantastic throughout the whole process, we can't thank her enough. We were first time buyers buying from someone Ruth was representing, she was always highly organised and responsive. We just would like to say a massive thank you to Ruth Pitts for the excellent service she provided during our prolonged sale. We unfortunately brought our house to market during the recent economic downturn and challenging conditions towards the top end of the market. From the first contact to key handover Ruth was absolutely fantastic!!! It was a bit of a rollercoaster ride for us and Ruth was constantly on hand to both advise and listen to us. Buying and selling houses is obviously a stressful time for all involved and you should not underestimate the benefits of having someone who’s constantly available even whilst on their own holiday. We recently used Ruth as our estate agent for buying a property near to Pontefract. She couldn't have been easier to work with. The online portal she created was an easy and quick way to upload documents and get our application approved. She sourced us a very reasonable solicitor (we are currently living in the other end of the country), a surveyor and was always on hand if we needed her. Great service all round.

Ruth was so proactive. She came and valued the property on a Tuesday, came and did photos on Thursday and it was an right move on Friday night. Ruth was on holiday the week after she had valued the property but she still arranged two viewings. The week after that we were on holiday but we had 4 viewings the first day we were back from holiday. We had 3 offers , we accepted one so all in all my property was sold whithin a month! Ruth got back every time I called or texted so I was not ever waiting long for information etc. Ruth sold my sisters house ,that is why I used her but I am so glad I did. I really think our house would still be on the market if it was nor Ruth. I would advise anyone to use Ruth if selling their property

Ruth is excellent at her job, totally professional and very knowledgeable. She was always on hand, anytime of day to answer questions and support. It literally took days to sell the house, due to Ruth knowing the market well and having potential buyers ready to view the house. I can’t sing her praises enough.
