We originally went with Ruth as she had sold houses on our street, recently. So we knew she had good connections and the know how. From start to finish Ruth was excellent! Always available, always one step ahead, always there to give great advice and always there to answer any questions. The whole process was a breeze. The house sold in 3-4 weeks of the sign going up.
