Used Matt at run and ride this morning for a bike fit and can’t thank him enough, so helpful and so much knowledge to offer! Really made it an enjoyable experience couldn’t recommend enough!

Loved the route, the weather less so but I can't blame R&R for that :-). Free cake and coffee; what can I say? Lovely friendly bunch. Please support your local shop and get down there and buy some stuff!
2nd event I've ridden organised by Run And Ride. Excellent communication, gpx file sent 3 days prior to event so no last minute panic. Free refreshments at the end a nice touch. Would 100% recommend

The organisation of the event was great. I thought the course was really challenging and would perhaps exclude new riders

Fab day out. First time I've done a reliability ride and have not covered that distance in a long time. Great scenery, some ace downhill, I won't mention the uphills! Mixed weather including hail! Great camaraderie on the route and cake and coffee at the end. What more could you want? Can't wait to do the next one! Thank you for putting on such a great event.
Great route by Run&Ride as usual it didn’t disappoint and at no charge. Challenging hills at times but rewarding with great scenery along the way. Greeted back at shop at the end with coffee n cake. Thanks guys 👍🏻
Always an excellent experience with all staff in the shop, super helpful and accommodating. The road ride was a great route to test a day old steed - combined with a 100km first attempt....I’m not sure if I enjoyed it or just survived it! Jokes aside a fab day, well planned beautiful route with some excellent challenges! All topped off with a cuppa and cake - what more could you want! And an absolute bonus was that there were still some left for us mortals at the very end of the day too! Will definitely be signing up again!

A great team, do their very best to get your purchase to you as quickly as possible. Always been very helpful on the phone and I've had update emails if they are waiting for stock coming in. Bought off them numerous times and their prices are great.

I ordered an item and without any explanation my order was cancelled and refunded despite the item still showing as available on their website. I emailed asking for details of why and someone said they would get back to me the next day and despite asking again they never did. I found another company to order the item from.
I was looking for a new mountain bike and struggled to find what I wanted, in my size and colour. So glad I found Run & Ride, I received a lovely bike 2 days after ordering at a great price!
A great route with a real good mixture of terrain in some stunning scenery and to top it all off a cracking coffee and delicious piece of cake at the end.... Really looking forward to the next one
