First time I've used 'Run and Ride' and the experience was all good. Very reasonably priced and goods arrived in under 24 hours!!!

Great price and quick delivery

I recently ordered a new bike and some accessories through the run and ride website and was very impressed with their service. I encountered a technical issue when ordering my bike, but after a quick phone call to the store, this was all sorted very quickly. Both orders arrived extremely quickly despite using the standard delivery option. All staff I spoke to were very polite and helpful and I would definitely order from them again.

I ordered a pair of running trainers online for £70, they arrived quickly and in good condition but they had a sales tag on saying they were reduced to £50. I took a photo and emailed them and heard nothing at all until this review request. Just had an incredibly quick reply, just a shame it takes an online review to get any sort of feedback. The fact that this has happened means you have someone watching your online content but they don't reply to paying customer queries. I am happy with the trainers and the price, but to receive them with £20 off was very careless on your part and a bit of a kick in the teeth, coupled with your initial complete no response I will not be using your site again.

Took a bit of time for the item to be sent but was with me next day after despatch, can't fault that. Would use again

Bought a pair of "last season's" running shoes from On at a very reasonable price. Website was easy to navigate and checkout, and the delivery was far quicker than expected. Would recommend.

I have purchased both inline and from the Stafford Running shop and Run and Ride Bike shop at Milford. I have been very pleased with the service from all. My Hoka trail and road shoes are superb and my husband is very happy with his mountain bike shorts brought from you. Keep up the great work and service! Well done!

Bought a bike online which turned out to have been already sold’ so I was offered full refund or they would build me similar with same components.I was nervous about that but went ahead and was really impressed with the final product which is better than i expected to be honest! Cheers matt

I had a full service of my bike which had sat unused in the shed for years. It came back after just 24 hours looking like new!

I Have shopped with Run & Ride for years and always enjoyed the visit, but as we are in a pandemic this is my first time using their website. Navigation was easy and I particularly liked how i could easily redeem my past earned points which where intergrated into the paypal service. My running shoes arrived speedily and perfectly in time for a run day. 🙂👌🏻

The Best bike shop in the area - I have been using Run and Ride since they first opened up. Nothing is ever too much bother for the staff. Knowledgeable, friendly, no pushy sales pitch or trying to oversell something you don't need. Highly recommended.

Couldn’t ask for more. Needed an XL mountain biking helmet on very short notice. They checked stock whilst I waited on the phone and assured me that I would have it within 48 hours, which I did. Faultless- would not hesitate to use again.

I bought a 2018 year model in sales for £70. They didn't have it in stock and instead of cancelling the order they asked me if I was happy to be sent the latest model (£120) for the same price I paid. Of course I was. Superb customer service.
