The site is easy to use. Description of therapists and reviews made it easy to choose a therapist.

We had our first scheduled appointment at 8am and our therapist didn't show up. We notified thru the portal every 5 min and when 15 min elapsed we logged off.

The whole process to sign up is easy and real simple. I would really recommend this service for anyone thinking about getting help. I did not have one problem from beginning to end and it is really easy to understand and follow directions to get started.

It was super easy to sign up find a therapist and get started. They provide detailed information about each therapist and what they do. It was great to do therapy where I’m most comfortable. I found a therapist for my daughter as well and she loves it. Give it a try. We all need people.

Had an issue with Devora Asher and Rula team has had more than adequate time to follow up with me and provide feedback, yet I'm still waiting to hear back from team member.

Jane has been great after having one therapist no show and the other not connecting with. She listens very well and gives advice in a way that makes you reflect. She is not judgemental either and makes you feel so comfortable.

I can see how the automatic scheduling would be convenient for some patients but it is a little frustrating for me. I scheduled one appointment and 2 others were scheduled but without confirmation of my availability. Had I missed those appointments that I didn’t schedule, I would’ve been held to a no show fee, which I don’t think is fair for the patient.

The therapist is easy to talk to. I'm still unsure if my two daughters will be able to connect to Michael on their respective appointments

My 3 therapists are great. I have one for one on one, my husband and ai have a therapist to help us communicate better which has helped our marriage, and I have a nurse that prescribes my meds. It is so convenient and they accept my insurance. I highly suggest Rula for your mental health needs.
