So thankful for Rula. I found Amanda, so has literally be life-changing. The whole experience has been so easy to navigate, quick, and effective.

I've had therapy sessions before that never worked and were too expensive. I tried rula because I was out of options. Have a great team to help me with my mental help and it's covered by my insurance. My medical team listened to my concerns and included me with every spot of my treatment from medications to talk therapy. After only a few months, I am completely a new person and actually enjoy life right now
