So far my therapy is going well, but I do think I got extremely lucky finding my therapist. I thought I’d have more options and almost gave up when I stumbled on their profile. The app had very, very few therapists to choose from and none of their profiles or backgrounds fit what I was looking for. Giving it 5 stars because I do love my therapist, but if they ever leave Rula I may have to take the rating down to 1 for their limited options.

It seem that I have came to the right place with my illness. I am 64 years old and have suffered with this ill all my life. Back them in my time line this ill was kept in the closet with no help. now, more and more are braving and coming out the closet. even the technology has change were you can access your doctor's if need be so you want to go thru crisis along.

My provider Ann Doqui is the reason I am giving 5 stars. I have had past experiences with therapy, however there is something about Ann, and how she communicates with you, that makes you feel hope and a new lease on life. Her verbal and also non- verbal communication is excellent. Since these meetings are on zoom, before with other providers, it didn’t feel personal or a connection. Ann actually leans into the screen to see you, see your behavior, face, etc…she also asks questions, makes you think and doesn’t just let you sit there and ramble with no direction. We have had a small number of sessions, but I feel so much better with her in my corner and on my side.

Provider claims that she was not notified of the appointment that was automatically booked by your system

My therapist is very kind and easy to talk to. Also the customer support service for this company is very professional and kind. Not only that, but the website to fill out my pre-appointment assessment makes it easy and I like the way it looks. The layout is clean and user-friendly. Overall I've had a very good experience.

To have to register your email each time to access the app and the website, waiting for a link to come to your inbox, when it does, is SO annoying!

I felt very comfortable talking to my therapist

If you find the right therapist, it could be life changing. We needed a therapist and our provider was not able to accommodate our schedule. They referred us to Rula and it was easy to find a therapist that could fit our schedule and needs. We had one therapist who is nice but didn't quite connect with us. It was easy to find a different therapist and she turned out to be a miracle worker! Perfect for helping us resolve all of our issues!

My therapist was very attentive and listened to all my concerns and talked about them in detail. Gave me all the time I needed. He also gave me some homework to do with attention to my concerns about where I am mentally. I was able to express myself openly and felt comfortable talking with him. I really appreciate how he allows me to feel free to talk about anything that's bothered me.

I absolutely love the Website; you can find areas you want to specialize in for therapy and read each therapist bio to see who you think will fit you best. It's been the best Therapy experience I've ever had!
