Rula continues to make my experience in joining sessions, communicating with my therapist and receiving updates easy! So far, it’s a great platform that makes electronic communication/therapy so convenient.

After 3 sessions, my therapist quit on me. She made rash judgements, didn't spend time to get to know me or hear me out. I'd express myself and my feelings and her response was 'that's not a therapy related topic' as if what I expressed had zero merit and my feelings meant nothing.

Chika is very helpful in understanding my issues and very knowledgable in different types of approaches to resolve those issues.

The therapist are awesome & makes scheduling easy. However, getting on the website is frustrating. You always have to call.

Great therapy .. life is better because of it

So far, my experience has been ok. I had an issue where the therapist didn't show up for a session. Then, another week they had to change my appointment last minute. I don't feel like I am getting much out of it.
