Very convenient, user friendly and easy to get started

Easy to use - sometimes. I found that my cell phone was easier to navigate - sorting options were not always visible desktop wise. I initially had an issue with getting my insurance to verify. But a quick email to support and that was quickly resolved. I have only had my intake but thus far seems straight forward and prices are always upfront.

I was skeptical about therapy through this platform, initially. However, in meeting my therapist and getting a sense of her energy, I am so pleased to have been introduced to her and I look forward to getting to know her more.

I look forward to seeing my therapist every week. She is understanding and gives good advice. She’s a good listener and gives no judgement.

Rula has plenty of dates and times available. When you get started, it is easy to keep a set schedule that works for you.

It was great to be connected with a therapist who had experience in the modalities I was searching for & even easier to get signed up weekly for my sessions. So far, so great!

I wish I could give them no stars. When selecting a new therapist , many have open time slots . However , shortly after you book a new therapist they cancel and reschedule. The first therapist I selected , cancelled on me not once but twice . The 2nd appointment was today and he cancelled within 2 hours of the appointment. I took time off work to attend what a terrible service they are offering.

This was my first time finding a therapist and so I did a lot of research on different companies, and I stumble upon Rula. It was an easy process to filter a therapist based on my needs and wants. Entering in my insurance information and scheduling a date and time based on my availability was seamless and fast. The approval of my insurance was quick and easy and was returned within 24-36 hours, before my appointment date as promised. My therapist was amazing, patient, and kind. Rula Also pre-scheduled future appointments for me so I didn’t have to and gave me the option to cancel or reschedule if those dates and times didn’t work. I’m excited to continue my therapy appointments with my therapist through Rula! Thank you so much!

i've only had one appointment but it went very well and they're online system also works very well. Gives you heads up keeps you posted about appointments and times been very easy to deal with more so even than the original referral
