The process of registering for services was easy. I was able to choose a therapist quickly and make an appointment. Services were able to start in a timely manner. I found the therapist to be professional, caring and so helpful.
The convenience of having therapy in my home is amazing. My therapist consistently checks in on the goal process. My therapy helps me with my vicarious trauma through EMDR.

Cancelled my appointment due to being in the hospital with the flu and was charged $99 for a no show. Even though I sent a message saying why I couldn't make the appointment. I have had an appointment cancelled 2 hours before the time and I didn't get a credit to my account. Kind of a one sided policy. Also, it was too expensive without insurance. My deductible was too high so I couldn't afford $500 per month. That would only add to my list of problems. Wish there was more assistance that could be offered for people struggling financially. Overall, my wife and I really enjoyed the sessions and my provider did an excellent job. I wish I could continue but just going to be too much of a financial burden.
I was lucky to find a therapist that gets me out of the extensive list of qualified therapists. I feel like I’m getting to tackle some big hurdles with lots of support and mindfulness. This experience has been way better than I imagined.

My therapist is very personable and is able to decipher my thoughts and expressions when I can't find the right words. She seems to genuinely care about helping me work through my issues and is willing to listen even when I go off topic.
