Rula

After three sessions, I feel I am finally starting to receive the mental healthcare iIneeded. My therapist has been professionally attentive and empathetic. I feel that we have made profound progress already. It has been nice being heard , understood and given great feedback to work on between sessions. Having my mental health connected with my primary health insurance has made me feel even better about my decision to use Rula. Very grate thus far.

The therapist I was assigned called when she said she would and was prompt. She had empathy, showed concern for my feelings and emotions and offered advice and suggestions that could actually be applied to my situation not just theory, I did not need or want theory at this time, the sessions were really helpful.

I missed an appointment once, and I was still charged for the appointment. I would think you might let it happen once without having to pay for it, and then if you miss again, then you pay. My therapist is fantastic--five stars.

My therapist LITERALLY marked an appointment then randomly decided that "nahh he needs to look for another therapist" and didn't even tell me any reason why. I don't want to have to explain my whole life story to someone and think they wanna work with me just for them to dump me like that

My emotions are slowly improving by feeling understood and being given practical and helpful action plans.

The counselor was very helpful, I would recommend her. However Rula was a bit of a nightmare, tech issues, appointment issues, and zoom iasues that made the sessions difficult.

So far I have enjoyed having a safe place to turn to add n feel validated and heard at times it's hard for me to explain something for somebody to understand what I'm trying to say and my counselor I feel understands me completely and it's very nice to have that and be on the same page much appreciated just wished the billing process part was a little bit more

Very good therapist

Had someone that I was/am able to feel comfortable with talking to.

Everything has worked smoothly. Rula makes it easy to connect with my therapist. Only hiccup was at the beginning, I had trouble setting up with my preferred therapist because I was not able to search them by name.

I find it quite helpful to have sessions with my current therapist. Thank you!

Trying to find a therapist to match with is hard and rula has made it easy. From the therapists that I’ve matched with to the support team that helped with the matching. They are kind, helpful and quick with answering all of my questions and concerns.

Helped to give me my best plan, listened intently, provided what was needed and not beyond. Which is nice. No pill pushing! Big deal.
