I love my therapist, Joseph. He makes me feel comfortable to be fully transparent about my challenges and needs. He’s thoughtful and is able to relate to and understand what I’m sharing with him.

My therapist was helpful, but the interactions with your links and emails were unnecessarily confusing. I initially got several seemingly redundant emails with "forms to fill out" that made it unclear if they were the same ones I'd already filled out or new ones.

I learned an incredible amount of things about myself in just my first visit.

The process is helping me move through my grief and has also provided me with general and specific strategies with my emotional and mental needs.

Rula is a great platform from which to select therapists or psychiatric practitioners. I selected a few therapists over the years since the pandemic. Convenient virtual appointments are available and they work with your insurance policy for affordable copays. Highly recommended!

Mrs Avery was excellent, objective,empathetic and knowledgeable. We both felt comfortable with her and that is a great feat in and of itself.

Setting up appointment for my mother was quite a frustrating experience. Now, getting it set up so I can pay for her visits is also very frustrating. My Amex card was declined when it has lots and lots of room and I use it everyday. There is something wrong with your system. On the other hand, my mom very much likes her therapist, Jennifer Kopecky. Only high praise for Ms Jennifer. Frustrated that we might lose her bc your systems are in accommodating.

Great therapist, very professional.

Great Providers, but the company itself is a mess. Billing is intentionally vague and somewhat predatory. There is no way to pay individual invoices and only a huge bill. So if you’re late on a payment from 3 weeks ago, but a new charge just goes through, everything is considered overdue. I would not recomend to anyone who is trying to see multiple providers at once or who has a deductible higher than $0 due to how poor their billing practices are. Customer Service are also quite defensive and combative on the phone. All of this is not in line with the practices of any of their competitors which I will be moving to now.

Both of my doctors are very professional. I feel super comfortable talking to them, and I think they are so helpful. I totally recommend Rula.

We are really grateful for the ease of finding/selecting a provider within our network and being able to have virtual meetings with our sons' therapist. Ms. Kimberly has been exceptional so far!

Great therapist Magdalena, super nice and easy to schedule

The process for finding a therapist and for checking on my insurance was very easy. The descriptions, qualifications, and specialties of the therapists were presented clearly and made selecting a compatible provider streamlined. Once we were actually in touch and had a few sessions I know I have made the best choice for me. I feel heard and accepted where I am and we have a plan going forward. I don’t expect my life to magically improve, but working together I feel hopeful.

My experience was excellent. I just wish the check up question were more tailored to my needs or options weren’t so vague
