I do not interact with your system on a regular basis.

Rula was one that my insurance suggested. My son had 3 zoom meetings and then provider cancelled saying it’s his side gig and can’t help him. Was informed that many of the providers are not full time at Rula

Great therapist

I felt like the provider did not listen to what I had to say. She already had her treatment plan in mind prior to the session.

Good providers but difficult to navigate the system. patient portal is not user friendly. It takes several attempt from support staff to get through and help me to resolve my issue. Only way to contact the providers was through support staff. It would be nice contact the provider directly via email. I was able to get mental health help from Rula providers.

I am so grateful for Rula, everything is so easy and I absolutely adore my Therapists. We had one my child wasn’t happy with but it’s very easy to change. They’ve helped me as well with issues with the pharmacy over my meds. Hands down this is the best experience I’ve ever had seeking therapy. I always refer people to Rula especially if you have any anxiety or struggle to make the first move. It’s just so simple and everyone is very nice

My therapist Valdez listens provides the best advice. Gives me the credit on my progress even though he’s making the suggestions. Completely feel heard.

Joined Rula a few weeks ago and it's been a terrific experience. Wasn't able to find therapy for a few years. After joining I didn't even have to worry about getting a good therapist or a second opinion. 5 stars
