I have used Rula for about 3 years now (formerly Path) and I’ve always had amazing providers with barely any issues other than a few years ago (I had a slight problem with Rula not informing me of a change in providers /therapists (before I found my current therapists ) i have now but other than that i have nothing negative to say

Rula is a God send! So convenient, so flexible. Well staffed where you can almost always find someone who has the specific training, experience, and skill set you might be looking for and you can still then also find the same person to be a good personality match for you. Staff is not just the bare minimum bottle of the barrel, brand new to the field people. Highly educated, highly trained, lots of experience and yet still some of the most real, genuine individuals you can find. So much better than anything I’ve ever utilized before.

The providers are professional, knowledgeable and overall helpful. There’s a large variety of providers as well, so you can find someone who’s qualified for your needs. From the very first session, it’s been exactly what I’ve needed.
