Great Providers, Messed Up Company
Great Providers, but the company itself is a mess. Billing is intentionally vague and somewhat predatory. There is no way to pay individual invoices and only a huge bill. So if you’re late on a payment from 3 weeks ago, but a new charge just goes through, everything is considered overdue. I would not recomend to anyone who is trying to see multiple providers at once or who has a deductible higher than $0 due to how poor their billing practices are. Customer Service are also quite defensive and combative on the phone. All of this is not in line with the practices of any of their competitors which I will be moving to now.
