The experience I have had here has been one of the best compared to other therapy services. Rula makes it so much easier to get in contact with your therapist for whatever reason it might be. It is also very easy to select a therapist of your choosing and if needed it is also easy to change to a different therapist. I've also benefitted from the services they provide for example, individual and couples therapy. Rula is truly great and I have already recommended it to friends and family in which they share the same positive experiences :) In addition if you have any questions or concerns especiallyy regarding insurance coverage calling their front desk is always helpful as they are genuinely happy to help and guide you through everything along with sending emails to give you further information which makes me feel truly welcomed and not a burden.

I found a perfect therapist for me using Rula! I love that I was able to scan through profiles and find such a good match for what I’m dealing with postpartum. I am amazed by her.

I showed up for four therapy sessions (virtually), but my therapist showed up for one. There was zero communication until I reached out to inquire why my therapist wasn't on the session. I had to do that three times and each time the only resolution I received was "Do you want to be matched with someone else?" With what I'm dealing with, it was hard to believe that my new therapist wasn't there for me. I've asked to cancel all upcoming appointments and that's been done. Now, I don't trust therapists and that's sad.

Seeing the therapists’ photos and their personal statements was a big + to me. The scheduling options were easy to follow and the therapist I chose was available quickly. I am dealing with the terminal illness of an adult son so that was important to me. I’m 75 and I wrote a little autobiography in order to save time. I felt an immediate connection to her. I also appreciate the fact that follow up weekly appointments have already been made. Thanks Rula!

Rula was very user friendly when booking an appointment. It was easy to do and set up my patient portal. There were also a lot of clinicians to choose from that fit my needs. I would definitely recommend them if you are looking to book a therapist, or looking for weight loss options.

It's easy to get access to find the right therapist for you. My therapist, Jennifer MacAllister, has been so remarkable. She's easily available when I have my panic attacks and she's given me valuable tools and insights. She has been my saving grace.
