There are great things about Rula and not so great things. It is easy to find a good Therapist, easy to schedule, and the customer service people are very nice. That being said, if you have a problem, it's frustrating at best. My account was duplicated and they didn't have the ability to delete one and move forward. I went through weeks of aggravation and hours on the phone, and the fix was to create a new email account that I use just for Rula because their software doesn't have the capability of fixing something as simple as a duplicate account. Additionally, weeks and hours and email after email to get set up on the website where you can contact your provider and see your payment receipts. It never got fixed. The customer service rep and I decided to give up on it because they couldn't fix it, and I have to rely on calling them any time I have a problem. So the human aspect is great, the technical aspect with both websites leaves much to be desired. The line is "I don't have the right tool for that." Rula, your customer service reps and clients deserve the right tools. My high rating is because my theraist and appointments work seamlessly. As long as I don't have an issue, it's great.
