RSVP Loans Reviews

I have tried for two weeks to contact RSVP to pay off my loan. When their number is dialed it goes to an auto attendant and then disconnects. I also e-mailed them and have not received a reply. They are preventing me from paying off the loan. They’re in for a surprise. I closing my checking account and then opening a different account. Bet they answer the phone then. Do not do business with this company.

Great customer service.

The payments its too high.

Very convenient short lived loan, to be able to get funds fast and easy when an emergency situation comes up.

The representative wasn’t friendly at all

Easy process!! Very fast

They did everything professionally just how I requested it in little amount of time

RSVP loans was great and easy to work with. Helpful answering questions over the phone.

Needed help.

Entire process was very easy. I like the fact that a real person called to verify the information I had given. The money was there when I was told it would be.

Friendly, easy, and very helpful.

Horrible and disgusting

Horrible experience when it came to making extra payments online. Had to contact customer service to get the payment to go thru.

What made my experience great is the promptness of the loan and I didn't have to deal with recording on the phone it was a live person every time I called to get my questions answered.

Easy to apply for a loan, no hassle received one phone call after application was completed and that was it. This will be my go to company forever.

By you'll helping me and being patient with me making sure I send in everything I need to

very fast and easy.. highly recommend

Easy to get a loan but the interest rate is too high you will pay over 4 x the amount of loan if you need 3 to 6 months to pay it off dont do it!! This type of Loan is only good if you can pay it off it in 10 to 14 days otherwise Loan Shark taking advantage of people in need. No lower interest rates for a year loan or 6 month so don't do it.

Easy to use and a fast and accurate response time. Awesome follow-up emails as well.
