I ordered roof tiles (showing as available) and it was processed and payment taken with delivery promised in 3 working days. A day before delivery, I received an email saying that they have realised the stock is damaged so I can choose an alternative product or receive a refund. I took the refund which was made timely. Three days later I ordered a different set of tiles (showing as available) and again was processed and payment taken with delivery promised in three working days. A day before delivery, I received an email AGAIN saying sorry the stock is damaged so I can choose an alternative product or receive a refund! How can this happen twice for different tiles. How can they keep on advertising tiles for sale and deducting payment only to then note at a later date that the stock is damaged! Surely this should b checked before making them available for sale. Once is bad, but to happen twice in a week just suggests the processes in place (if any) are failing and needs to be addressed. So not only has this been a waste of my time, but is also causing delays to my project and causing stress which could have been avoided! At least the refunds appear to be processed timely.
