To change the Ridge Tiles I ordered in the wrong colour without any charge whatsoever cannot be underestimated enough......Brilliant !!! Prompt delivery too !!

I recently placed an order and had moneys debited just to be told a few days later that because there wasn't stock local to me I had a choice of paying an increased cost with a long lead time or paying an extra £48 deliver for a 3rd party courier to delivery from a location where the items are in stock. I then asked for an alternative item for which I also received the same response. So if you are in the East of England (and possibly a number of other areas of the UK) don't expect to get the price they quote online.

Roof stores have a Great team working for them, they saved me a lot of money, help me purchase the correct items and kept me informed regards locating materials i.e Redland tiles, the only negative was there telephone system and having to leave a message to then be contacted by an agent. There team are very competent and i would use them again if i need any roofing supply`s. I buy most of my materials on-line and Roof stores was the company that gave me best value for money and i am very happy. Many thanks to SAM & Carrie and the team

Would highly recommend Roof Stores. The service we received was outstanding from the time of ordering to prompt delivery. The delivery man was great he went out of his way to place the roof tiles where we wanted, nothing was too much trouble. We had over ordered and when we emailed to say, they were prompt in replying that they would collect them without any problem two days later. The refund was put back into out account the next day. It isn't often you get service like this these days. Well done Roof Stores.

Quick delivery and good service, lost 1 star as at one point I had to call on the phone and the women who answered had the people skills of an Orangutan ! "Grunts and Gruffs" aplenty. I later spoke to other staff members and they were brilliant.

Fantastic Service, Best i have received from a supplier in a long time, as im a trader that's saying something as i use a lot of suppliers. They went above and beyond, sounds a bit unbelievable but it's true, i can not remember the last time a supplier came across as if they actually wanted to truly help, most only want your money. Due to that service i will be back again once more materials are needed without doubt.

after speaking to Sam about a specific tile we received the items next day and they were the correct item excellent professional staff member and great prices too.
