Brilliant service from the Bethnal team!
The worst rental bike I’ve seen, they take all my money (I don’t have enough for survive) No commercial gesture, I don’t recommend at all ❌❌
Giovani from zoomo Surry hills help me a lot. Thank you for everything 😁
Had a smooth experience, gio was helpfull
Fast help easily solved my problem
Overall good service and fast response.
The customer service is exceptional: I felt welcome, experienced great communication, and received excellent support and quality service. I love my rented Zoomo bike, and the repair service is top tier. ✨✨✨ Thank you, Sergio, Rod, D, and everyone else. Great staff and seamless teamwork—they deserve a raise!
I would like to express my deep gratitude to Eliezer for the exceptional service. Not only did he patiently answer all my questions, but he was also extremely helpful in speaking Portuguese, which made it a lot easier for me as I have a basic level of English. Thank you very much, Eliezer! ❤️ Furthermore, I congratulate Zoomo for having such a dedicated employee. Customer support was excellent throughout the entire process. Recommended!!!
It's perfect for riding a bike around the city and doing Uber! Good battery life time and long time powerful!
The service given by Giovanni was really helpful. I really recommend renting e-bikes with Zoomo.
0 customer service and efficiency. They wasted 3 hours of my time to say we run out of batteries, stupid system and logistics. Careless service provider
Always very kind & helpful. Bike worked perfect. I do recommend!
Got my first bike rent here. The bikes were affordable, Great service, friendly staff! Very recommended if you plan on delivering!
Noah rocks! I like his vibe and how he stays chill in a busy situation in the store. I feel for the guy, I work in retail too. They need to hire more staff. The serving time was slow, and I got line-jumped multiple times, but I kept my cool. Finally, after 2 hours of waiting, I have my bike! I can't wait to use it for my daily commute instead of taking the train and bus.
Great bikes and very good customer service and great mechanics, definitely recommend
Great experience. Bikes and service was amazing.
Great place, Pablo really took care of me and the bike was awesome. Giving it back because I’m going to Tasmania but would have kept it for years.
The service was fantastic, within 1 hour we had everything solved. My bike got a flat tyre and they did not charge me anything! Maintenance of the bike is included :) The workers are very friendly and the bike works really great.
Zoomo E-bike isn't just a place I rent bikes from; it's become a part of my life, thanks to Ferl and her incredible team. Walking into Zoomo feels like visiting family, with Ferl's warm greeting and genuine interest in how I've been. Her memory for names and conversations never ceases to amaze me. Renting the Zero bike has been a game-changer for my outdoor recreational and side hustle activities, even if I do wish for a bit more battery life sometimes. But hey, it's a small price to pay for the reliability and service Zoomo offers. Blaise and Arun are amazing too, always ready to help me with a smile. From Brisbane to Melbourne, Zoomo has been my number one choice for safe and compliant e-bikes. If you want more than just a rental, but a true connection, Zoomo is the place to be. Thank you, Zoomo family, for making every ride an adventure.
Amazing people, the asian girl hustling hard to get the customers attention despite she's feeling under the weather. I subscribed to used e-bike $99 for 16 weeks, pretty good deal. The bike looks a bit old but w hat matters to me is the gps, app support and warranty which is a huge deal. I returned my previous white back last year and now they have the sale. Great stuff and amazing staff, kudos to the asian girl I hope you be okay!
I recently rented a bike here, everything was perfect . I recommend
