I am trying to communicate with the supplier about missing parts on delivery but didn't get any reply from them.
Fast service. Bike was easy to assemble. Packed very well. Courier didn’t call on the first delivery but it is a new building.
First off, the bike and speed of delivery are excellent value for money. I bought the Glider with moderate expectations for the price and the bike exceeded them. It wasn't all perfect. There were a couple of issues with the bike (mainly the front wheel tbh). The front tyre blew up as soon as I tried to pump it up, it turns out the rubber liner they use inside the wheel had slipped and the tube was torn, threw it away, relined the inner wheel and replaced the tube. The front rotor was also bent, which was fixed with a shifter. The biggest issue was the lack of instructions with the bike. I thought the headlight was faulty. Turns out you just hold the 'up' bottom down for 3 seconds to turn it on or off. Holding the 'down' button will give you a push (the motor activates without peddling for a short burst). All in all, the bike is great value once you sort out the kinks.
The bike is excellent although not the right key to unlock the battery, a bit of a drama but Glenn from the Vic shop has been absolutely wonderful trying to find a solution

Didn't get any shipping updates and the board came without a manual or instructions. Found some online, the remote instructions aren't for the remote I have. I have just been figuring it out through trial and error, kinda frustrating.
Great delivery time frame but skateboard is faulty - there’s a horrible knocking sound in the back wheels where motor is. I’ve only done about 11kms so far and can’t feel safe to use it anymore. Emailed Ignite 2 weeks ago but no reply so far. Also no instructions on how to turn led lights on… Weak customer service pos sale
I liked how quick the board arrived, however the board with absolutely no paperwork ie instructions, warranty. After sending an email asking about this, I got no response, not good.
The bike is good, but the instructions to make it at home need improving. They’re way too basic and assume that everyone knows how to build a bike. I ended up having to take it to a bike store and spending an extra $200 to fix it! The back wheel was slightly bent too. That being said, I’m really happy with it but would recommend you get the company to build it for you before you take it away!
Ordered the bike on Jan 12th. Recieved it on Jan 16th. Only a few parts to bolt on. Front wheel, mudgard, seat, headlamp & basket. Was a bit unsure about the quick release but I worked it out. A short model specific video would helped. Tool supplied for affixing items, hopeless. Headlamp doesn't work. I've emailed to let them know. As yet I haven't recieved a reply Jan 23nd. Bike rides fine and it's doing the job I bought it for. However I would prefer a throttle opposed to rider assist

Customer service has been very helpful but it's not enough to overlook the shoddy ebike we purchased from them. Instruction manual was missing from the box and the battery didn't work at all. We were sent a replacement battery which worked. The overall build was very cheap. The handle bar grips were basically foam covered pvc. The battery didn't look like it fit in properly. The mount for the control panel broke on our first ride. Then the second battery started cutting out regularly after the first few rides, to the point that the bike became unrideable (no point riding a heavy, faulty ebike so I've gone back to riding our lighter push bike).
Wow ordered Thursday, delivered Monday (In Western Australia). Great Service. The bike seems well made and of good quality. We have yet to put it through its paces, but first impressions are very positive.
