epic board, great service. ezy decision.

I got he my first ebike for a great price, the owner there was helpful and provided info I need! Jack also went above and beyond to help with my purchase.

I picked up the bike from the reception. The handbook was very basic and no instructions were given on the electric controls.

Everytime i had a query you got back to me very quickly a gave me constructive advice

Great value, the team replied to my queries when I messaged them through instagram.

The bike is fantastic. However, I think you should include instructions in the box on how to put it together. Trying to locate the pdf online and then read it on my phone was a lot harder than it should be. Also the multi tool has superfluous allen keys and is difficult to use in tight spaces

Ordered kids electric scooters for Christmas. Charged scooters prior to giving them to the children. They lasted for max 10 minutes for the charge and 1 hadn’t even held the charge and wasn’t usable straight away. Within 2 days of use the scooters are unusable as electric scooters, due to the fact they hold a charge for max 1 minute now. Absolutely disappointed in this experience as this was meant to be something fun for the kids during the school holidays. I contacted ride ignite via email on the 28th December and so far have had no reply.

The product was exactly as described and delivery was super quick.

Good board so far.. decent speed, brakes stop it in 5m-10m. Hits small hills at pace but struggles on >20°, easy to carry, ~6kg and compact. Did have a mad rattle first ride cause all the screws were left loose between board, battery and trucks. Annoying cause half freespun and had to cut grip to tighten. Maybe tighten them up in the factory aye lads. Overall, very good value tho and fun ride! Yewwww! 🤙Also, where do ya get extra batteries?

It all starts with the great service at the warehouse/store. The board is so easy to use and control. I e already run through most of the power settings and leaving Pro to a little later. It’s taken an old boy back to his youth.

Team really friendly, Disappointed I bought the bike at a sale price and then 2weeks later it was dropped a further 500dollars. Also website offered a free battery, which was supplied freely, but only after I asked. Bike is great though - the manual is awful and doesn’t help at all

Good product but no manual or instructions, online manual on the product page is only 2 pages and very basic in information. Not a deal breaker but a bit disappointing as I had to figure out how to use my skateboard controls on my own ( online manual was for a similar but different model)
