The shipping is very slow, i have tried calling them so i can arange my own courier to pick it up but it is a automated phone service that hangs up on you.

Was a really beauty longboard, you have 3 levels of speed (low/medium/high). This longboard is going faster, you can surfing in the street if you want. I’m really satisfied, thanks a lot Ignite

Great board it’s a heap of fun and really smooth to ride. It’s pretty flat where I use it barely any hills and even trying to use light throttle only manage to get max 15km range , be nice if it got closer to the advertised distance

Insanely fast shipping times, the board shipped and delivered to my doorstep within a matter of over a day

No bike. No response to emails. According to the transport company website hasn't even been picked up more than a week after purchase. Addendum: The transport company website they linked to (Macship) still showed my bike hadn't even been picked up from their warehouse after it had been delivered across country. Perhaps look into that Ignite. The bike arrived only 2 days later than estimated. (pretty good for this time of year) I put it together in an hour and had a ride. I highly recommend the bike.(Glider Urban E-bike) It's great.

The eScooter that we received does not work. I’ve contacted your office twice by email and twice by phone and have not received any reply to date. We are not impressed with the lack of service from your company and no assistance with returning the scooter for replacement. If nothing is done about this we will be taking this to either consumer affairs and/or an ombudsman for action.

They don't reply to problems

Recently purchased Puma hard tail; only ridden a couple of times so far but very happy with ride/features and especially with price and 23 kg weight (same as my current unpowered MTB). Very easy to put flat packed bike together; fully charged in about 3 hrs. Picked up from Melbourne (Braeside) outlet; minimal staff but friendly & helpful; able to go for test ride before purchasing.
