easy purchasing process, regular updates, and delivered quickly. As someone who is not very handy I found the bike relatively easy to assemble. I followed the guide on the website, although a video would have been helpful. I did look for one but couldn't find it

I had the display module on my Puma hard tail e-bike fail while we were away on holidays and Maddi from customer service promptly express mailed a replacement unit to us and saved our biking holiday. I also dealt with her regarding questions I had with the advanced settings on the new display module and, while the display suppliers were not forthcoming with any manual, she spent a lot of time to find the information I needed. Very happy with the service.
I bought a Glider Urban eBike for less than half of the price and I collected it. After some issues due to the assembly, the assistance service was very efficient and solved all the problems.
Love my commuter e-bike. Prompt delivery and all is just how I thought it would be.

The bike is surprisingly efficient and exactly what I needed to start my commute back to work with a little help sometimes. Its simple but I like the simplicity. Shipping was fast. I just could have done with a manual :)
Excellent product and a super fast arrival. The tracking of the package wasn't very clear and so I missed the first delivery attempt. Have had it for a couple weeks now and am very happy with the purchase. Bought as my mode of transport to work a couple times a week to get some more exercise in and works like an absolute treat. Will certainly keep my eye out for more sales in the future for the Commuter version.
Trying to phone and unhelpful email responses from Maddi [or no responses to questions I ask her] where I am obviously asking the questions I am because I cant find it on the website or simply don’t understand it or need further information and she just points me back to the website – which is extremely annoying and very unhelpful – talk about being on a hamster wheel!! Friday I was on hold to their Melbourne 03 number, I waited a while and was then cut off. I rang back straight away and the message on the answering service said I was cut off due to a lunch break. I waited a little while and called again thinking lunch would be over and I got another message saying… the lines are not manned.. So they had closed. As I have never owned an e-bike before or test ridden one and the bike I was enquiring about [commuter step-thru ebike] is on sale for ~$2k I wanted to ask some questions and knowing the experience I have had to date if something goes wrong under warranty how on earth do I get in contact with real people! Doesn’t appear that Customer service is a thing with Ignite, when I am a potential new customer and you are treated like this… Looks like I need to give up and look elsewhere as this is becoming way too hard and I feel customer service isn’t a priority to this organisation. I am also concerned that there isn’t one review on the product review website for this particular bike, makes me nervous to buy on top of the complete lack of ANY customer service. There is no access to test ride a bike anywhere in Perth on the weekend when us potential purchasers are not working. Maddie tells me…. Unfortunately as it is a warehouse they may not be able to run through how to use it as they do not come assembled unless you request this after you have ordered and they person helping with collection may not know how to use the bike themselves. Why not include the building of the bike as part of the purchasing process, doing this AFTER I have purchased the bike doesn’t leave me with any confidence that this would even happen after the experiences I have had to date with dealing with Maddi. Buyer beware, do your research people!! Buying and giving them your money for the initial purchase should be the easy part, heaven help there is any warranty repairs needed!!
Easy purchase online and fast delivery excellent e bike
From time of order placed to delivery was two days and we live out of a metropolitan area. The bike is great - my daughter bought one and recommended that we get one. Some assembly instructions would have been helpful! We got there in the end...
Have had the glider ebike for a few weeks now and am really happy with it for the money. It looks good and does a great job of nipping around ! I would say however that if you ran out of battery you wouldn’t want to be heading up hill on it but it is certainly rideable on the flats. It came in good condition and is a good size (I’m 6 foot). It did come with a come with a brake bolt that was too long (touching the disk) and a couple of chips in the paint on the frame (very small). These are small issues for a solid bike so far. The brakes and belt drive are great features too! It’s the perfect commuter or bike to grab the shopping.
Ease of purchase and assembly - plus it is a great bike to ride
Delivery was very quick and product is good. Would be nice to have some assembly paste and instructions and torque needs though.
