Issue resolved in under 24hrs
I had an issue where I couldn’t remove the belt and ended up stripping the threads on the combined belt ring/crank arm. Emailed support and got an email the next day from a very helpful Michelle who said someone would call me. Robin calls me a short time later and gives me good tips and advice on removing the belt, and that he’d also send me a replacement belt ring/crank arm free of charge. This true blue, Aussie company really stands behind their quality products. Thanks for listening, providing exceptional support and being a local company that cares. I have already clocked up over 500km on the bike and everything is running smooth, a pity the Glider is not available anymore as 16.5kg is pretty light for a bike that at first glance doesn’t look like an e-bike & I was thinking of getting another one.
