Poor customer service and questions on stock availability
So disappointed with the customer service. I ordered a step through bike online for my daughters birthday on a Wednesday. Friday morning I received an email saying my order was being refunded and the bike was out of stock. The refund may take up to 5 days so I won’t have the money in time to buy her anything else in time for her birthday. Then I look online and they are advertising the same bike on other sites at a higher price…so it is still in stock! I called to get more info but the lady I spoke to just apologized and said she couldn’t do anything.
