All the team are fantastic sales with Matt and luca and then tieing it up with Julia barrows. Richard James Old Town branch were recommended to me and although a little more expensive than others are well worth it. (you get what you pay for). Everyone keeps you informed every step of the way with viewings till sold. Julia with great communication between myself and the buyers definitely helped speed thing up. They give you contacts you may choose to use along the way with moving companies and solicitors etc of which very good and efficient. I all made this what is said to be the most stressful time in your life alot easier and not so stressful. Thank you to all. Worth your weight in gold.

Richard James are a very expensive dishonest estate agent. We used them because they were local but it was a big mistake they turned out to be very dishonest and time wasting. They send people to view your home that are not only not in a position to buy but not even on the market! This gains them a new customer! They don,t tell you this until after they offer they advise you to accept the offer as the buyers house is so saleable when it is not! Then the buyers finally sell at a reduced price and they expect you to offset their reduction! Advised all the way how genuine the buyers were and stick with them then they pull out after 7 months of waiting! Very bad advice very expensive very poor communication! Not recommended!

Richard James were absolutely outstanding! They were our first choice agents based on other reviews and first-hand experience of our friends. And they didn't disappoint! Despite the tough market conditions, they had a stream of viewings for our property within 24 hours of it going live. They were proactive throughout and always made themselves available whenever we had (silly) questions. Above all, we really appreciated their personal touch, especially from Natalie.
