All the team are fantastic sales with Matt and luca and then tieing it up with Julia barrows. Richard James Old Town branch were recommended to me and although a little more expensive than others are well worth it. (you get what you pay for). Everyone keeps you informed every step of the way with viewings till sold. Julia with great communication between myself and the buyers definitely helped speed thing up. They give you contacts you may choose to use along the way with moving companies and solicitors etc of which very good and efficient. I all made this what is said to be the most stressful time in your life alot easier and not so stressful. Thank you to all. Worth your weight in gold.

Good honest trustworthy company. Ask for Natalie and she was kind and sweet but no pushover. She got things done. She delivered. Always answered her phone (even when she was away). She worked hard for the business and was helpful throughout the entire process.

We used another agent in the area first, but it seemed the pricing and clients they were bringing in were not quite right and after lots of viewings but no offers took the house off the market. So we moved over to RJ after meeting Natalie on a purchase we liked, she was brilliant so we gave her our sale as well. We agreed the pricing and ONE viewing later we were sold at price. From there it was constant communication and honesty aaroundthe whole chain. The service that we have received from Richard James Estate Agents has been absolutely superb. We had spent 3 unsuccessful months on the market with a national chain and the step up in quality, honesty and efficiency as soon as we switched to Richard James was incredible. Their valuation of the property was no-nonsense and spot on and they achieved the price that they said they would. In terms of finding prospective buyers and showing the house I doubt that any firm in the country could be better. Natalie, who led all the viewings worked her socks off and was terrific, really selling a property that had a couple of complicated aspects and dealing most warmly and practically with ourselves and the purchasers. Her dedication (and that of the firm as a whole) continued well beyond the simple agreement of a deal as she stood by all parties right through the complex business negotiations that followed. In all, we felt fairly dealt with and strongly supported throughout the whole sales process - this is a very friendly and superbly professional firm and they have my complete endorsement
